In September, they declare with enthusiasm that 300 snowplows are ready to storm drifts, and there is only one problem - the lack of snow, as when it falls, another problem arises that 300 cars ready for cleaning it are not filled with fuel and reagents, but in general they are ready! And as a rule, they are filled in March, though then we already have +15 and everything is blooming, and the snow has already melted for a month.
