We change some little things - Toyota Soarer, 4.0 liter, 1986

Having read all sorts of antyrnetov, as well as replenishing the baggage of knowledge by studying the native manual, I decided that I needed to put something in order.
To date, it has been purchased:
1) strap
2) sensor

What I like about 1UZ is that it takes 3 minutes to change the accessory belt on it. The key is 14, the roller is pressed out - the old belt is removed. We put a new belt, again we press the tensioner roller with a key of 14, we put on the belt - voila!

I had to tinker with the datchik - getting to it was just like hell, I had to unscrew and remove a bunch of plastic. But he got his hands on it too.
In appearance, you can immediately see which of them is a veteran.

As a result, one more experience: before ordering a new and show-off little thing, make sure that it fits 100% according to the manual. For this reason, I now have a pair of unnecessary GoodYear 6PK1615 straps (one new, one used less than 500km).

Based on the result of replacing the sensor, you need to run several refuelings in order to get the correct statistics.

I doubt. For the purity of the experiment, it would be necessary to roll out 40 liters.

also change the belt on the ZHZ :) and the sensor you have, of course, is lying, it is covered in some kind of scale. and judging by Mitsubishi, they also have temperature sensors that are buggy

maybe someone will not understand me, but I like such characteristic cracks on the skin, not to holes of course!
