Painting — logbook Toyota Land Cruiser 1997

  Toyota Land Cruiser 42 1997

When buying, the whole car was stained, due to peeling of the varnish during the previous painting, it looked very ugly (
After 3 years of driving, there was almost no varnish left. It was decided to repaint ... but how?! There were options in orange-black, in orange matte , even in black and white ... but while I was thinking, the car was dismantled and it was necessary to pick up paint in a day. Having gone shopping, I realized that the paint would only have to be ordered, there was no time for it, I had to buy the most expensive gold paint and the most expensive varnish that was (so as not to observe the peeling of the varnish.) The car was painted in 2 weeks, the paint dried for 5 days, and about a week for assembly (the car was painted completely disassembled, each element was painted separately).
He looked very catchy) But I didn’t rejoice for long … (On the way to Barnaul, a stone flew into the hood and a piece of paint apparently remained with the stone. Over time, over the summer, chips began to appear in the lower parts on the doors.

It is planned to paint it orange-black for next winter)

Fig yourself price (By the way, in order not to torment your head for the future - painted the car and tighten the hood and sides (at least along the water line of the molding) into the armored film - you will keep the krsaka and bearing it later without problems after dents - the paint does not suffer, does not burst, does not "Cracks. Beautiful thing. But for repainting - I would choose boiling white! I saw a white 80 on 20 chrome wheels. Wow, it just looked wonderful! Although yours is very good!"

thanks for the advice)) I already thought about this film more than once))

about white ... in our family there was a white cruiser ... it looks cool, catchy ... but my second car is white ... so something else is needed for a change))
