Shumka doors — Toyota Celica, 1.8 liter, 2000
Today did Shumkov doors
on everything about everything took 5 hours with a break for lunch.
I took everything off, degreased it with white spirit, pasted the doors inside with Vibroplast M1, and sealed all the holes in the doors with it. rolled with hands and a plank.
I also glued a couple of strips of Vibroplast M1 onto the door trim, and then on top of a splen with a thickness of 8 and 4 mm.
After assembly, the car did not recognize. 70 percent of the noise disappeared, very unusual ...
Very pleased with the work, I think gradually make noise ceiling, trunk floor.
Material left: 3 sheets of Vibroplast M1, 1 sheet of splen 8 mm and 1 sheet of splen 4 mm.
for the money - about 1100. Photos - below :)
on the last photo, the skin is not ice cact ... re-glued it then 8mm splenlm fatter ...
Damn, we should also do this, but in the cold it seems like you can’t glue ice.
