Disassembled? Laundered? Yuzai Shumanit!

And let's take pictures of a clean engine :)

laundered for a long time.
I did not use noise. there is another proven remedy.

How many motors were not offered to me were all so dirty.
Our people from the club bought a motor in a blanket as it was practically new inside. with a run of 110 sput.
Lily is not clear what and apparently castrol.
but I laundered it all.)

How many mares are in blacktop? and in general I wonder how black differs from silver?

T
TYSON84 03.12.20

in silver 160 in black 165 mares.
The differences are mainly in the heads. in black metal the phases are done a little differently.
The inlet and outlet are larger in diameter.
That's basically it.

Yes, I practically don't know anything)
And of course I can help you with what I can.

bt from silvera differs from a lot! Yes, everyone is proctic!

The fourth generation 4AGE was released in June 1991. Used the same block as the previous generation, 16 valve naturally aspirated engine, but fitted with a new 20 valve head (YAMAHA technology). Featured were three intake valves per cylinder and variable valve timing on the intake camshaft (VVT). A knock sensor and oil-cooled pistons have been used to handle the higher power. The engine is equipped with a 4 throttle intake and an AFM sensor. In general, the design of the 4AGE 20v motor is much like a racing motor. Power output is 160ps, but with less torque than the 4AGZE. Silvertop was installed on machines for the Japanese domestic market AE101 only.

A small modification of the Silvertop was made in May 1993. Power has not increased, and revised parts and assemblies have improved transient torque at low and medium revs. Motor release up to 93/5 can be identified by the throttle actuator mechanism, which has more parts, modified motors are devoid of several drive rods and pulley. As a result, the change in the accelerator drive resulted in an increase in effort (but a decrease in the cost of the assembly). But these are only external differences. In fact, the entire intake manifold on exhaust engines after 93/5 is different - the differences are in the shape of the intake channel (oval or drop-shaped on engines from 93/5). The outlet has been slightly changed, the volume of the outlet chamber has been increased, and a ball joint is used as a movable joint instead of corrugations. From this time on, the gear ratios of 3rd and 4th gears were also changed (C52 was replaced by C56), which, together with the changes in the motor, had a positive effect on the dynamics. The performance of the 4AGE cars on the Tsukuba circuit has improved markedly.

4AGE 20v Blacktop (95.5-00.8?) (Fifth Generation)

The final generation 4AGE was released in May 1995. and it only had a 20 valve head. The engine features a black camshaft cover (Blacktop) and a MAP sensor at the intake, otherwise it looks like the previous version. This engine has a different intake resonator and rubber intake pipes instead of the plastic ones of its predecessor. The throttle bodies and the throttle bodies themselves also have a slightly larger diameter. The main modification consisted of installing lighter pistons, a flywheel and a modified cylinder head - increasing the compression ratio to 11: 1, optimizing the shape of the combustion chamber, raising the intake valves more and optimizing the intake and exhaust ports. The output power increased to 165ps. Blacktop was installed on cars only for the Japanese domestic market AE101, AE111, AT210,

The greater "agility" of cars with Blacktop is due to a slight decrease in the mass of AE101 -> AE111 cars to 50kg in the case of a coupe body. In addition, with the appearance of the Levin / Trueno BZ-R modification, a thicker exhaust manifold is installed - the inner diameter has increased from 31.5mm to 34mm.

It was even worse for me: (Inside there was some incomprehensible slurry, similar to grease, apparently, everything was poured into the engine (
