Recording, December 11, 2010 - Toyota Mark II, 3.0 liter, 1993
As it has been customary in Russia since ancient times, winter came unexpectedly...
Winter tires I did not bother to buy. The price tag is painfully not humane voiced. For four new tires of the size I need from 35 thousand, this is somehow quite too much.
On the positive side: despite frankly pessimistic forecasts from some citizens about the performance of my intake manifold from the well-known tuning studio SOARA (there will be no XX, in winter you will start horseradish, etc.), the engine starts easily and naturally at -26C with one turn of the key . It has a smooth speed of 800 rpm. Float turns only when it warms up to + 50C. At +48C they don't swim yet, and at +52C they don't swim anymore. I think it's exceptional in setting up certain cells. Well, yes, I'll deal with this later, now something is a bit cold :)
Warm boxing is my dream! I would then eliminate all the small shoals during the winter and by spring, if only the setting would remain.
I also try to postpone everything for the winter, but when winter comes, you go into the box, and it’s cold there :) and I don’t want to do anything. that's all I'm trying to start heating the cling, but there is no time
mixture at XX 14.5. I'll try to fiddle with the ignition. EGT on XX is something like this
should be about 300 gr. on XX. mix what on xx? try setting the ignition to 10 degrees and adjust the mixture
EGT is low. Even with normal firings, it’s not higher than 750. In the city, it’s not higher than 500.
There are practically no knocks. There were a maximum of 17 parrots.
