Trouble. — Toyota Celica, 2.0 liter, 1995

Today, out of habit, at the end of work, I started the car from the alarm key fob.
While it is warming up, I usually have time to calmly change clothes and go out into a warm car.
But not this time!)
Before I had time to start it, as the familiar mechanic Slava came running, and began to knock on the window, waving his arms! Like, stop the engine!
I'm in shock, what the heck?) I go out, and he shows me a puddle of oil under the car and says. That immediately after the start of the engine I heard some kind of loud gurgling ...

Background: just now) ... at the weekend. I removed the conder tube for repair and saw in the depths of the engine compartment that the crooked-ass mechanics from Nizhny Novgorod, or what a pancake (?), Putting the GURA hoses on the receiving tubes, did not even bother to put clamps on them. These collars simply dangled below. That day, I tried this way and that to put on these collars, but it didn’t work. That's why I decided to leave them for the next weekend. After all, they held out for so long, they will hold out for more) ... But - “Do not put off for tomorrow!”
Apparently, I moved these tubes a little and today, when starting a cold engine, one of them was simply torn off by pressure!
Outcome:
GUR grabbed air and poured all the slurry on the floor.
I'm late for the meeting.
Put those clamps back in place.
And changed the power steering fluid again!)

With his hands in oil up to the elbow, he went home, aloud blaspheming the crooked asses.

it’s sad (in our mother Russia, most people have it in their brains that they can’t screw something up or sleep something ... th!
also when I start it from the key fob, I sometimes say, but is everything normal with my old woman)

Et yes) I will connect the oil pressure control to the signaling.

It’s good that oil didn’t leak from the engine, it would be worse :)

It happens ... but again, caution will not be lost. Somehow they didn’t spin the wheel on the Six :) Now I always double-check the tightening of the bolts.
Yes, and it's good that the oil is not gone from the engine.

kapets, sad ... that's why I'm afraid of any mechanics. Even going to the dentist is not as scary as giving your baby away to such "crooked asses".

good luck with your repair.
