It turned out that our gasoline was to blame for everything (the Statoil gas station was replaced by Lukoil) and the candles that had darkened on the insulator, which had to be changed. It's a shame that iridium candles are designed for 100 thousand kilometers (but not on our gasoline). Although after warming up, as it seemed to me, they worked flawlessly.
450 - replacement of spark plugs;

535 x 4 pcs (surprisingly, the price at the official dealer
turned out to be lower than in stores - there are from 620 and
above)
Total: 2590 rubles.
I made a request for warranty service:
1) glue the ceiling (when leaving the warm box
, condensation appears, water drips from the driver's
visor)
2) at temperatures below -10 degrees. there is a knock
(clatter) at the top of the front strut mounts.
I read on the forums - they fix it under warranty, they put
some kind of gaskets.
But first they drove the suspension diagnostics - 400 rubles. They explained that if a positive response comes from TOYOTA for warranty work, this amount will be reimbursed.
Now I'm scratching my head whether to pass TO-2 at the dealer or not. They asked for 6 tyr. (it has risen in price, half a year ago the price tag was 4500 rubles, and what prices will be next ?!) excluding oil and filters (I have everything of my own). Now:
5610 - cost of maintenance works;
+300 - removal / installation of crankcase protection;
+260- washing.
Result: 6170 rubles.
I know that I will change everything myself and check it is no worse, especially since there is where and for free.
Bought for TO-2:
1) oil filter (original Thailand) - 370 rubles;
2) cabin filter (similar to Sakura-Japan) - 280 rubles;
3) Toyota 0W-20 oil (2 cans of 4 liters each, I took it at a
wholesale warehouse, because the price tag is low, photo below) -
1523 rubles x 2 pcs = 3046. I filled it in at TO-1, it showed
its best in cold weather, and in terms of engine noise
(whispers), and the risk of buying a fake in a metal canister is much lower.

I believe that at every self-respecting TO, such little things should always be available and included in the cost of TO. You can only guess about the rest of the quality of service.
