Turbine replacement — logbook Toyota 4Runner 1993

Continuation of the theme of the turbine.
Unfortunately, I'm not a writer, so this topic will have more photos than text, don't blame me ;)

Waking up this afternoon, I checked my mail and was very happy: It was said that all the gaskets for the turbine came to the existist's office. Ran after them.
Given the condition of the old turbine:

(the old turbine spits oil into the air system and leaks)
decided to change the turbine immediately.
We drove the car, warmed up the garage, our friend Dmitry came up:

happy owner of Hilux Surf 2L-TE:

and did almost everything for us! (since he already changed it on his car and knows what and where)
Well, then, as promised, I post photos of this process!

Gaskets:

Here you can see that the old one is spitting oil into the air channel:

Old age and youth...

At the same time decided to replace the oil pressure sensor:

And he, the dog, still does not show anything on the dashboard! We close the wire to ground - the arrow rises, connect it to the sensor - 0 reaction ... what the hell, if anyone has any thoughts on this, write. The oil channel does not seem to be clogged - they unscrewed the old sensor - a trickle poured.

And one more thing - the studs are not included in the turbine kit! I had to dig out a hairpin and turn it off with the old one:

The new one is in place:

After that, we decided to roll up to the car wash and order a comprehensive wash:

Due to the fact that oil was constantly leaking from under the old turbine - there was always such a srach under the hood that it was a shame to open it, but it was useless to wash it - the same picture a week later. And now they have washed it, the car washer tried to wash this age-old oil stain 5 times (!) With different shampoos, and lo and behold (!) It succumbed! So clean under the hood of this car has never been in her life:

Well, that's all, the story with the turbine and our torment is over, but this is far from the last problem node in our car, so to be continued! Thanks everyone, please comment! :)
Yes, I know, the narrator from me sucks, well, he told me as best he could.

As for washing - that's for sure) But on the other hand, a completely clean and sparkling SUV without scratches is essentially nonsense)

I decided to please the car with a new car wash.
and under the hood it was probably so clean when it was licked out of the assembly shop

As for the pressure, it’s better - imperceptibly, but on the other hand, we rode to Tataria (more than 300 km.) And back on one tank, despite the fact that with the old turbine, halfway back, the solarium ended and we had to refuel, and this time even the low fuel light did not caught fire.

The impeller clearly presses like our father.

Thanks for the answer! And then I also want to take it on ebay, but there are a lot of offers there, I don’t know which one to take. Which one did you take? Can you help with a link? I will be very, very grateful! :)

How is the turbine? Still alive?
