testdrive! — Toyota Corolla Levin, 1.6 liter, 1993
In August, I took a test drive of 3,000 km (1,500 in each direction).
The path ran from Ulan-Ude to Krasnokamensk (Chita region)
Stages of the path:
1) Ulan-Ude - Chita (M55)
2) Chita - Zabaikalsk
3) Zabaikalsk -
Krasnokamensk
, upon arrival, I got rid of wool for 3 hours, and on the way back I bought a camouflage jacket with a hood so that the wool remained with the kote)
Stage one:
It is not clear how this road was built. In some places asphalt mine C3,14 ... LI, there are anomalies on the road in the form of monolithic humps made of asphalt that are not subject to the clearance of human transport. There are also sharp hollows during the descent into which passengers begin to fly around the cabin and panicked to look for a way out. The only plus are the picturesque places that I passed at dawn.
Stage two:
Steppe. The patches on the pavement protrude at least 5-7 cm. To catch such an unpleasantness (((Fortunately, on the way I met a type on a micro truck that didn’t remove the slipper from the pedal at all, walked 120-140, I knew the road well. I understood this when he was at speed at 120 km/h I jumped off the road into the bushes and just as cheerfully returned to it (and this was at night!), as it turned out, he drove around a not frail hole, after which I joined him and comfortably walked a good 200 km
. third (especially dangerous):
When we left Ulan-Ude and studied the map, this section of the road was marked as “other†in the classification of the road surface (not asphalt, not gravel, but just others), which immediately alerted me. When I saw the road with my own eyes, I realized that "others" is an understatement. The only road to the city was generously littered with cobblestones (not gravel!) The size of a small watermelon, I did not believe that this was the road on which I had to go, I stopped a passing car (some kind of Mazda station wagon) to make sure the direction was correct, to which the driver answered: yes, this is that road and offered to follow him, after which, cheerfully jumping over stones at a speed of 60-80 km / h, spitting clouds of dust from under the wheels, disappeared behind the nearest hill. I tried to hold on to him, but he did not rape the car like he did. After half an hour of driving, I realized that this stretch of road would last forever, I began to look for a rut and react to pits by unloading the nose of the car by braking and releasing the brakes in front of the pit itself. Got the necessary experience. The average speed increased, but the heart did not stop bleeding. This segment was the most evil, only a hundred kilometers, and I often wanted to turn around and go back.
