Podium for sensors! — Toyota Caldina, 2.0 liter, 1998

    Toyota Caldina 20 1998

Podium for sensors! Instead of standard navigation! True, everything does not reach the hands of throwing it under carbon fiber!

I really liked it too! That's what it means hands grow from the right place!))

All hands do not reach

cool ... it was also difficult to describe it with carbon fiber, but it was worth it b)))

"tell me in more detail what materials did you use, what did you make the "glasses" for the sensors from? Did you glue the rest with fiberglass and epoxy? Did you have any ideas to use mounting foam? What did you fill and putty with?
I want to do the same with Defi

there are minor flaws, the axis is shifted. the sensors "walk" and a little bit not convenient location, turn to face you)) and so work for 5, a lot of people try to own something, for units, something worthwhile turns out ...

Quite right epoxy for glass fiber and glass fiber!

Dillon 23.02.22

I agree, it makes sense to leave them straight - they won’t shine into the eyes at night ... between themselves and to the computer’s body with what fastened them - epoxy for fiberglass or some kind of miracle glue?

E

I like it so much more when they didn’t exactly want to turn on themselves! Everything looks great, day or night! There are not glasses but just visors from the sensors! Comes with sensors!

D
Dillon 23.02.22

well done! unless you could turn it around a bit. glasses from sensors used?
