Butter? — Toyota Carina, 1.8 liter, 1989
Today, after severe frosts, a dead battery and flooded candles, it was possible to start. Naturally, not without help. They poked the poor engine for two hours, dried the pots, started, poured candles and dried again ... In general, everything ended with the purchase of new Denso candles. Grabs well now. It keeps the revs normally, but a new problem has surfaced (more precisely, the old one has become more obvious): I take off from P - the oil pressure lights up. I used to think it was because of the turnover, but it's not. RPMs are fine and pressure is on. Either a sensor, or a valve, or tryndets oil pump. But there is no way around here. We'll have to go (thank God to go!) for diagnostics. But something tells me that the valve is clogged. Still, the car stood under the snow, stood for a long time, and then actively thawed in the box, and then froze again ... In general, her fate is not easy - they are not surprising.
