Wipers — Toyota Corona, 1.8 liter, 1990

Before the new year, the wipers refused to work, you turn it on, you can hear something buzzing, but the wipers do not move.
In general, I got tired of eating and drinking at home yesterday, I went to the garage to dig)))

I took off the corrugated plastic between the hood and the windshield, and everything turned out to be much simpler than I thought.

It's just that the thrust of the wiper motor flew off, snapped it back, and the wipers moved.

Patom set everything up so that it was even, otherwise, before the repair, the janitor at the lowest point touched the sealing gum of the windshield and an unpleasant sound was obtained, in general, I fixed it a little higher, now everything works, it doesn’t hurt anything :)))

Happy New Year everyone! ))

Plastics fit from the vase. Or they drill and tighten with a bolt - it definitely won’t fly off.

I’ll say that it’s not so simple! This problem they have is a “disease”. I had such a bid, Here this ball plastic mask on the thrust just bursts (micro cracks) and it keeps slipping off (not mine alone) If it started better this grate it’s better not to put it! What I just didn’t make, but it didn’t work for a long time, I solved this problem simply, I went for analysis. But they only fit from the CROWN or KOROLA 190 body!

well, I have plans, if it flies off again, then by cold welding, close everything up there and definitely won’t come off)
