The ice has broken, ladies and gentlemen of the jury — logbook Toyota Crown, 1991

As promised, I'll tell you what was done a couple of days ago and what happened during a test drive 37 kilometers long)

It all started with the fact that a day after the exchange of cars on the tractor, the ignition lock broke (or the larva itself is still unknown).

Before that, the car started in -20 perfectly. A couple of evenings poking around in the cold at a temperature of -30 and in complete darkness - dismantled the castle. At the moment, the car starts with a coin;) (You can see in the pictures).

On January 3rd in the morning, a relative drove up in an UAZ and we dragged the car to a friend to work in a warm garage.

While she warmed up licked the entire interior (zasran was worse than anywhere else).

They washed out the trunk (it was covered in fuel oil, even one rotten potato was found).

They put the front turn signals, although the left one has not yet been found, they stuck the broken one, wrapping it with tape.

Under the hood, half of the parts dangled on snot — abska, air filter, all sorts of relays and other crap. Everything was screwed into place.

The right rear light also held on to a kind word (half of the mounts were broken) — now it is holding up perfectly.

Found a couple of dead fuses.

Now about how we started it (already afraid to remember how it was).

Previously bought a diesel fuel thinner. It costs 280 rubles, diluted 1k200, one jar relies on 90 liters of diesel fuel.

Started up, started up, but at first, at first, it made such sounds that they thought something was going to go wrong right now. And it stank and smoked so much that it hurt my eyes, and it was completely impossible to breathe.

Once it warmed up everything seemed to be fine.

I warmed up for about 10 minutes, I turn on the dimensions and then smoke poured out from under the steering wheel, in a couple of seconds the entire cabin was covered in thick white smoke.

We quickly turn off the car, unhook the terminal. With the help of banal erudition, it is revealed that the wire going to the backlight of the dashboard has melted. We tear out his nafik, we remain without illumination.

On the way home we boil once. There is currently no fan on the viscous coupling, the thermostat apparently doesn’t work either, the result is that we are standing at a gas station, cool down and then go home)

If the frame and diesel are alive, then everything else is treated inexpensively.
So good luck with your recovery!
