Moving to a new level or AEM rules - season 2009 - Toyota Supra, 3.0 liter, 1990
Ride on stock brain and a large turbo had a couple of months. Supercharger limited to 0.7. It was cool to monitor in SHLZ how stock brain godlessly rich on overclocking. Of course, the power is more than stock, but it was much more fun with the blende and rulez according to the MAC. And now the moment of truth has come. Everything was ready for this - AEM itself, and a new braid (bought in the states for a ridiculous 400 bucks - cheers), and an intake kit, which is much more optimal than the factory one - in stock even the entrance and exit on a bag on one side. True, to install this whale, the battery had to be moved to the trunk.
Before that, Axxis hot pads and reinforced Earls brake hoses were installed in the car. Pads slag judging by the price in the states, but better anyway than relatives.
But the hoses are very good - they are made very carefully and beautifully, but they cost a little more than stock. So I recommend.
Well, females for the radiator. The set is generally for 1JZ, but is screwed on 7M. The upper one is of course no problem, but with the lower one you have to try. You won't believe it right away...
Arrived in Kashira — staged a mini rally supr.
In the end, everything was installed in the car - thanks, Dan! Only a fan can do this - as for himself.
I came for her at 7 o'clock in the morning - all night by bus from Voronezh, and Dan met me at the Kashira post. I sat down as a passenger, and when he drove off (and he drove hard) - all the drowsiness was lifted from me as if by hand and somehow I felt uneasy. Next — ride in different modes for the final adjustment. And so we decided to call in with Dan's supra - mine had about 400 forces, his - strongly over 500. But ... the box that the rebuild was made was very indignant and creaked so that there was no talk of any rides. And I finally planned to go home the same day - 500 km away. But it is not all that bad! The sounds of the korobas alarmed me from the very beginning, and in the garage in Oskol there was a contract W58, bought in reserve (fortunately it costs a penny and is very common). In short - I call home, and the next day in the morning I get a box - they brought it! Another 3 hours to install it - and you can go. This box ran for me 5 thousand km and worked very well. What says about the build quality of the first. And often so - in everything.
Well, the feeling of the installed iron. A full-fledged customizable brain is much more pleasant than any tricks. With the right settings, of course. Here I am very lucky. The car in civilian modes behaves perfectly, does not stall, does not twitch, and even under boost ... uuuuuu. The 61 mm turbo spins up from 3000 rpm, by 4000 it picks up its 1.3 and blows to the end. The throttle from the date 45 is really very healthy and makes the car a little harsh at the moment of slightly pedaling, but this is a matter of habit. In general, I rode like that until the end of the 2009 season, when a tempting opportunity arose to replace my iron with Dan's more powerful setup, which I took advantage of later.
The rear wheels without burnouts and all sorts of nonsense were enough for 7 thousand km - there were Dunlop Sport Maxx 255/40/17.
Yes, you just need to have the desire and opportunities, I mean $. And everything will be.

The word "just" from your post, I would exclude. In the presence of both, everything is very difficult ...

I didn’t assemble it myself, I’m rather a project manager ... although some of the nuts are twisted there with my hand ... though very small. And so basically - the organization of processes and logistics -:) and a bunch of nerves, resources - but the pleasure is no less for sure.
there must have been evil cats ;) the
assembled Lego is always pleasing to the eye;) especially if you assembled it yourself ;) like the Rubik's cube, however;)
Long trained on cats :-) ) )
PS sometimes I wanted to drop everything, take a benza and burn this Lego, so that there would be no problems. Now I look at it much easier ...
Epona mother! I would like your brains) and your stubbornness in terms of achieving what they were going to)))
