Replacing the air conditioner bearing - Toyota Corolla, 1.6L, 2003
Howled the air conditioner bearing, replaced it with a new one, the howl became different but did not disappear. It was possible not to bother ... :(
Total:
Bearing - 720r.
Work - 600 rubles.
It all ended with the fact that I bought another bearing, we opened it, washed it, lubricated it with mobile grease ourselves, put all the sounds disappeared and still ugh ugh ugh everything is fine
Price tag: 1 320 ₽ Mileage: 58 800 kmWe listened to all the bearings with a phonendoscope, by the way, it all ended with the fact that I bought another bearing, we opened it, washed it, lubricated it with mobile grease ourselves, put all the sounds disappeared and so far ugh ugh ugh everything is fine.
Hey.
How did you determine that the reason is in him, and not in the generator bearing or rollers?
Well, in the sense that the first time the bearing was put into the air conditioner, it already howled from the beginning, you see it was not stored correctly or xs. They didn’t tell me either, a lot of people traveled around, someone generally said, like don’t get in there, otherwise you’ll get the condo up, they also said the generator (by the way, I also changed the bearings in the generator, but they didn’t howl), but as far as I know, in the generator the bearings do not howl, but rustle, the sound is not the same as that of the kondeya, they are not big there, it turns out that the generator I have then disappeared from the options, the bypass and tension rollers and condoes remained, changed the bypass roller, since he was already playing well and thought that maybe it was he howling, in the end there were only the condo and the tension roller, it turned out all the same condo, but I kind of thought about him from the very beginning, and one reputable comrade spoke to him :)
ah-ah, that is, another one in the condo, right?
Today I have traveled a bunch of masters, who says what - who, without listening with a phonendoscope, immediately diagnoses the generator bearing, who the air conditioner, and who and the central roller ... I don’t know whom to listen to ... 10,000 km and wait for a more impressive howl from under the hood ... when you can definitely hear the cause of the noise, like now all the noises are of the same strength and it is impossible to unambiguously identify the cause ... :)
~ 60,000, if they didn't twist it to me, if it weren't for this sound, then maybe I wouldn't have changed the videos yet
not sure how the absorber should work?
Maybe I didn't notice before, but he thinks of me how the clock is ticking ... :)
if you turn off the engine, and then just turn on the ignition (I don't start the engine), then there is a short hiss, as if the tire were lowered ... :) they say this normal phenomenon ?!
