I fired up the idea to solder a new one for myself. Having bought everything necessary ... I started to fight.
Necessary:
1. SMD diode tape - 50 cm of the main color (in my case white), 15 cm for arrows (I have blue)
2. Soldering iron, solder, rosin ...
3. Solvent, white spirit (optional), cotton swabs (convenient)
4. tweezers (I didn’t have a bitch ... it got stuck with pliers)
5. komputer bus (or sooooooo little wires)
6. Two wires for connecting 12 volts.
7. Hands growing from the shoulders
8. Stock of patience and time
Removed and disassembled the tidy.
A bunch of spare parts ... the main thing is not to lose anything ... the arrows are removed either with your fingers or with two credit cards gently slipped under them.

Then we take the diode tape, it is a continuous board, which can be cut by three diodes (+ resistance).
Since round and semicircular elements were required, I decided to cut three diodes into pieces, and solder them separately with each other with wires from the computer bus, here visible (tried to lay)
This is for basic white backlighting. We need to bring the blue one to the arrows ... there is no room for a diode tape, therefore, from a piece of blue tape (three diodes each) we solder the diodes and solder them to the wiring ... and then the wiring again to the tape pieces. Two diodes are needed for the backlight of the tachometer arrows, three for the speedometer, for temperature and one for benz. In short, we solder just such a cuttlefish.
And we solder this little ribbon to the main lighting. Important! there de blue backlight ... instead of three diodes on the tape there will be two ... instead of the third diode we put a jumper.
As a result of all body movements, we get such a garland
Which we put in the tidy (the tape on the back is sticky)
Then we put transparent dies and bring the diodes to the arrows.
And carefully with a soldering iron or a drill we prepare places for diodes next to the point where the arrows are attached.
From the beginning I did it like this
That is, I ran the wires under the illumination of the arrows along the dies from above ... it seemed that everything was awesome
I even assembled the tidy and went to put it on the car ... but the wires pressed on the scales and prevented the arrows from spinning normally ... I had to re-solder ... and then I got confused for the whole day almost ... because the diodes put on glue ... came off together with soldering ... I had to re-solder. Plus I melted the tracks in the wire rods ... I got stuck in shorter but did it like this
now nothing seemed to interfere.

I pulled out the bulbs from the rest of the chips and screwed them back in.
Now, about the scales themselves ... they need to be processed, that is, remove a layer of paint from them from the back ... I tried different options, settled on this ... from the beginning with sandpaper, we remove the pimpled layer with a zero point, then the main paint with a solvent, but the main thing is not to overdo it, because burn the mona plastic. , and cleaned it with white spirit ... in short, this should be what

We carry it to the car, connect the tidy (without arrows), start the car. we heat until the fan operates, set the temperature arrow in the middle, go to the gas station, fill in a full tank, wait for 10-15 minutes, put the benzene arrow on full, the tachometer readings must be memorized before removing the tidy and set the arrow on the heated car Speedometer ... in WARM! and a warm car with the ignition on! We put the arrow below level 0 behind the nail by 5-7 mm, take the tip with two fingers and carefully transfer the tip to the right place by the nail, it should work. We eat and check, preferably with a GPS. I have a discrepancy of 5 km (instead of 10 before the alteration. I didn’t go further. I left it that way.) ZY During the soldering of the diodes, you constantly need to check whether it is on or off, after each connection, so that later they do not suffer and look for a jamb, especially those on the arrows. I took 12 volts from the computer with a yellow and black wire (do not burn the power supply nah)
