Perhaps this is the term that can be used to describe everything done with the car (more precisely, with the engine) during this month. I will say right away that for the capital of this engine they asked for… 30,000 (!) Rubles. Which of course was clearly unacceptable.
How it all began can be found in the notes below, but here is a description of the work, which all together will just fall under the term "capital", and it is "random", tk. we were not going to do it initially.
First of all, we replaced all (upper and lower) seals on the injectors. Later they decided - "to walk, so to walk", and began to disassemble further. The gasket on the engine immediately caught my eye, or rather, what was left of it, or rather nothing at all. The new one cost us 800r.
The next subject was the cylinder head itself. In it we had to pull out all 16 valves and wipe each "finger", because it was because of them that last time (see the previous note) the car did not start.
Let's not forget about replacing all valve stem seals (60r each - a thing).
They also cleaned the candles, replaced the timing belt.
Well, the most interesting operation is weighing the pistons. I suppose that it is precisely because of their weight that such a strong vibration occurs. Whether it helped or not, you will find out from the next entry.
Well, in conclusion, I want to add that all the repairs (or rather, all spare parts) cost us about 6.1 thousand rubles, although much more time was spent than on the service, but I was glad of the work done above that.
