Easy audio preparation :) Part 2 - Toyota Corolla Fielder, 1.8 L, 2003
This part is the main part of the work. head Pioneer 88RS-II, component acoustics Morel Dotech Ovation 6 16 ", amplifier MacAudio MP4400 and all Daxx wires. In addition to StP M1, Izolon was glued to the floor for thermal insulation and doors between the frame and sheathing Splenom :) In winter everything will take its final form and finally then a sub will be chosen.next year I plan to go to IASCA or EMMA for sound quality in the light class :)) Actually, actually see for yourself ->
I'll take a picture of the head this week.
To be continued!
Extinguishing the vibration, we have reduced IR and zheny. It has become quieter, but only the operation performed is actually called vibration isolation .
I do not argue, I just clarify.
PS I just rolled the door with a Vibro filter myself :-)
Well, the main distortions are created by metal when listening to music, respectively, reducing these distortions is noise reduction or noise isolation ... apparently we understood the topic differently and I don’t see any point in the dispute, you are saying the right things, but in this case, in my opinion, they are not entirely correct.
Vibroplast? Its main purpose is to damp metal vibrations. For noise insulation, completely different materials are used, mainly parallon-like polyurethane foam.
The noise, of course, has become less, but this is solely the merit of Vibroplast. The effect could be enhanced by applying the same materials from STP - Isoton, Accent, Bitoplast.
What's glued on the vibration damper? images.drive2.ru/car.jour...c879a57968d0-original.jpg
I see vibration insulation, I see thermal insulation, I don't see noise insulation :-)
so not everything was done for sound insulation ... just the gluing process is shown ...
Yes, I know very well what is making noise there. But penofon / isolon / splen and other PPEs are useless in automotive noise insulation materials.
the absolute result is unattainable ;-) It is necessary to achieve a balanced result so that it does not come out .
atas27, in principle, extraneous noises, as well as those emanating from the car itself, arise from vibrations of iron and other body elements. the less these vibrations, the higher the noise insulation.
PS: In the company itself, Standard Plast has been working on fine-tuning one car with its own products for a couple of years, and they cannot achieve an absolute result. Removing some noises, others appear, and the mass of the car is already soooo very large.
Well, this is still bearable, I thought at least 100 kilograms are added at least :)
aka-mazai, you have a Race :) you don't need it :) only the car got extra weight.
In the end, I think about 40 without a sub and an amplifier for it. this is when using M1 :) if you take M2 then at least 2 times heavier :))
class, and I still have to glue the salon))
This is an interesting occupation)) there would be more free time)
Thanks for the advice. The reinforcement under the seat is still not pleasant to me, and the fact that it is not bad to warm up when from minutes 40 - 60 you listen loudly and cut down ... It was the first experience of auto-sound) there are joys, but the second time I would not have done that! Dynamics and controllability are not in the last place for me anyway :)
to the Ayaska it was necessary to immediately shove all the wires into the protective casings;)
but about the amp's seat - in vain. if you are going to put it on a normal one, and in addition to everything else, you will have to select more by size;)
and another small nuance - it's good that you put another isolon on top of the vibroplast. the vibroplast is crushed by feet to just a golden grain. I ended up restoring myself again)
and so - well done;)
