I searched all over google.com - I couldn't find any headlights mod for my Celica series. about xenon is clear :) it's more complicated with the outer glass itself. By the way, it is impossible to go through MOT with a non-original xenon. :) The idea is to make it more cunning so that it is included separately in the cabin.
