Re-xenon - Toyota Auris, 1.6L, 2007
It so happened that Auris has lenses, but does not have xenon in the supplied versions in the Russian Federation or as an add-on. equipment, I had xenon in the near and PTF, 5000K, pigeon. The other day, block 1 began to pamper. I decided that almost a year and a half is really a period, I bought a new xenon :) Why xenon? Because halogen doesn't give that kind of light. I decided not to be smart about the temperature, 4300K is the best temperature. With tumankami everything is more complicated. At the beginning of March, I drove on the M4 500 km from Moscow, at 6 am I got into a real fog, people moved slowly and carefully along an uncleaned highway (60-40 km / h), the nearest one counted out a haze, PTF unsuccessfully illuminated the snow. In general, I thought to leave the halogen, but the lamps heat up quite strongly, in winter it is very inconvenient (constant "scratching" of the headlights) - but then I decided to change the xenon in the PTF, the temperature is 3000K - yellow-lime light.
Finding 3000K was quite difficult, most start at 4300K, I thought I had already bought a PIAA halogen, but the price is biting (3500r.) For lamps, the service life of which, judging by the reviews, is no more than six months.
Price tag: 3 200 ₽I have already tested 3000K in thick dust in Tushino at Autoexotica, they shine well, even excellent, I thought it would be worse. I never regretted it.
Yes, xenon in tumanki is set purely for the general background with the neighbor. But in reality, when faced with a thick fog, you will think - are these show-offs really necessary?
How much I do xenon, I have never met 3000K ... You can read a reference or your xenon company, as far as I know, 4300K minimum temperature
Halogen may be 3200, but the "density" of the beam is definitely inferior, sadly, even to Chinese xenon.
as far as I know, halogen goes to 3200K)) and what was mixed in 3000K I don't know))))
:) Come on, I went to Gelendzhik and to visit my parents quite often (500 km one way) (just from 5000k)
Well, I always adjust the height to the penultimate high (1-unit) sometimes I put 0, but then it blinds some.
once stood next to a friend, he had a trade wind, and so he had halogens, a lens, and the light was several meters further away!
Maybe the headlights "fell" and need to be adjusted? 5000K is not the most comfortable temperature. 4300k is best. Checked personally) 3000k - for bad weather)
but I don't have enough light at all. Xenia stands in the near and PTF 5000K
when I put it in tumanki as it began to shine. but if you just ride with your neighbor, then it's generally a disaster (((
Yes, I saw the headlights shine, they experimented with me, not everyone has xenon at this temperature either, but I found it, like the company was Golden HID
Understood thanks!
I have been looking for 3000K for a long time, the yellow light is cool, it is pleasant, a year ago, about a year ago, about the headlights with an oracle, I pasted yellow, completely wrong)) The light has become worse, it is not good to drive at all)
I don’t know how it will work out, my eyes will get used to it, but it seemed to me that the most comfortable with 4300 factory ones :)
Clear.
I seem to have read here, like a little higher, that xenon 3000K is for bad weather, but what do you think if you put it in the head light? Will it shine normally?)
