Small replacements - Toyota Mark II, 2.0 L, 1993
Have been replaced:
1. O-ring of the distributor, read the full report from comrade IliaMarkSib www.drive2.ru/cars/toyota..rnal/4044232465378709415/
Photo of Ilya, but my oil oozed there much stronger. After replacing everything is dry and clean =)
Business for 20 minutes, the main thing is to put everything back on the labels.
2. Replacing the coarse fuel filter that is on the fuel pump. We take off the rear siduhi. We see a curved door, which is supported by a sealant. We remove it. Next, we disconnect the power from the pump and 2 tubes (initially we unscrew the tank cap). Very important! The gasoline in the tank must be less than half, otherwise, when the pump is removed, the gasoline will pour out of it! We unhooked everything ... We unscrew the bolts in a circle (we unscrew it easily, we tighten it the same way without fanaticism). We take out the pump carefully, we see the filter. Remove the O-ring and change the filter. Putting it up in the reverse order.
There is no point in cleaning the filter, a new one costs 100 rubles, and you can see the difference in the photo (new on the left, old on the right). Here.
Price tag: 150 ₽I hope =) In general, I am constantly interested in getting somewhere and see, so I was going to get into the tank for a long time, so I knew what was waiting for me. I bought a filter and changed it at the same time =)
And I changed the ring, because the oil siphoned from there = (Now everything is in order =)
I think it's easier to pump the fuel pump, because he went through the mesh in general hard =)
Imagine this tuning: "Zero resistance fuel filter". :-)
No difference IMHO
But it's really worth replacing.
Delov for 20 minutes slowly, you can't do smoke breaks here =)
By the way, I noticed the difference ... The pickup became better or how to say it, the capacity instantly began to feel the pressure of the gas pedal.
