And now about the problems: 1. Constantly need to change the shock absorbers (which raise the doors) must be disassembled all over in front of the car to get to them. In our climate, especially in winter, they die quickly.
2.To install the loops, you have to cut the edges of the wings (without this, the bottom because the loops will rest against the wings)
3.Due to the removal of these edges, the sound insulation in the car deteriorates and even blows in the wind at high speeds.
4. The door does not rise perfectly straight and noticeable gaps are formed (if you look closely).
5. The doors constantly sagged while touching the sills and the wing and they often had to be adjusted, which is also very inconvenient.
6. Constantly taught all passengers to open and close doors, but not everyone learned this, friends more or less learned how to use them, but the girls constantly had to go out to open and close the door, which often bored me too.
7. Sometimes it attracted too much attention, especially in the provinces =)
8. Well, getting in - getting out for many was also an overwhelming task)
I installed them myself in the garage with my brother and friend, it took a whole day for everything. Installing lambas is not a special problem but then adjusting the clearances is PPC ...
I got good pleasure from them, too, despite all the jambs. Loops by the way Bolt-on.
