Moreover, this light turns on when turned on. ignition and turns off through a relay when the dipped beam is turned on (at the same time it is impossible) or when the ignition is turned off.

Thanks. In principle, it was not expensive, about 36 euros including the relay. Put a friend. Not difficult. The main thing is to find non-constant 12 volts, in the Corolla it is in the fuse box in the engine compartment, next to the battery.
