Start Engine 1ZZ-Fe 18 136 heels - Toyota Will VS 18 L 2001

... so the result ... an
autopsy operation took place today ...
started with the fact that he drained the antifreeze and oil from the engine, it didn't take much time, but it was somehow wet and not pleasant to hand)

further removed everything that interfered with the head on the autopsy and removal. all the sensors, wires, pipes from the engine out and out of sight so as not to interfere.

took off the engine cover, and then it started ... a coke-smelling engine, not a tensioned chain, this is what was immediately visible ...

As a result, the chain tensioner showed during removal that it did not work as it was clogged, which caused the chain strumming ...

cleaning postponed to tomorrow, due to the fact that there was no hex for removing the head ...

the crankshafts are also coked ... and in general EVERYTHING!

time wasted to put the chain stroke ... in order to make it easier to put everything back)

the pallet was not opened because there was no need for it at the moment ... I'll take it off tomorrow ...

the first photo report below ... I'll tell anyone what's interesting ...

for the photo I immediately ask for a petition, as I could ...

Damn ... then it will come to me soon = (
also at first 5-50 poured out of stupidity ... they grew up
Ten thousand ago there was a chip for 6,000 something was ringing ... right now it was gone

S
SergioTa 06.12.20

I roughly think that the real is about 150, the chepi rattled two days before parsing, poured 5w50 at first a couple of times and then switched to 30 because I really understood what's what

The case is certainly not neglected, but unfortunately it is not rare for our engines! I have ugh ugh ugh clean ... and I don’t give oil to stagnate!
How long have you started rattling the chain ?! How much is the real mileage roughly? Because with good oil, this case should appear in the thousands to 200, if not later!
By the way, what kind of oil did you pour during use? viscosity? if 5-40 is thicker then not ice
I have now switched to 5-30, in general, the engine began to work much quieter ... I now have a real mileage of about 140 thousand

You know, I’m looking at it and I don’t understand how the channels can be coked up when the engine is generally not dirty, but I would even say clean? How did you get to the tensioner? Did you take off the engine lobe? Are you planning to change the thread? My chain also rattles, but I am saving up for spare parts) I will change the chain (since it is pulled out), shoe, damper, tensioner, all sorts of gaskets, O-rings, crankshaft oil seal, I will remove the front end, clean and wash everything inside, I also need to remove the pallet clean, replace the Vivitiai filter, in general, I have a general cleaning of the motor) yes, I will also clean the BDZ with the XX valve, the ventilation pipes of the crankcase gases are also for cleaning) while I am collecting on the ZC, I learned a lot on this topic, so if I can help you with advice ask) and so well done what he decided to do himself)

but I saw it myself ... that the decarbonization did not help, in the end they took the electrode and punched the channel, like that) although the guy tried hard ... that decarbonization is cool and cleans everything until they poke it with his nose

narmul)

SnowbOrder 06.12.20

In general, what are you planning to do? Is it a capital or something I don't understand? )

Aaaaa found about compression) Sori

S
SergioTa 06.12.20

and who is talking about the chain? I need pistons, valve stem seals ... and even before the chain is not so easy as in the manual)

S
SnowbOrder 06.12.20

))) Well, after all, the manual (at least on my IST) describes step by step how to change the chain and there is no need to remove the motor)

S
SergioTa 06.12.20

nu-nu, how will you do it, call me stand, I'll have a coffee, I'll see) how will it work out for you)))

S
SnowbOrder 06.12.20

So there is no reason to pull it out, it is enough to remove the motor from the right support (in the direction of travel), and jack it up, thereby hanging the motor out, and you will get excellent access)

S
SergioTa 06.12.20

there will be a second part, in general, in stages ... the whole theme is that everything is removed in a garage with a pit without pulling out the engine) I will describe everything what I did) and I will attach pictures) where how and what, because I have encountered 5-6 things about which I did not nude, but the engines haven't even written it)

Well, as I understand it, this is for improvement, and not because of circumstances. so I think you're in anticipation =)
