The fact is that I asked not to put the bumper after painting, because I still had to deal with the broken antenna. And these assholes removed the headlights in the service, although I warned the master not to do this.
There was no limit to my indignation when I found out that the headlight mounting bolts were also lost! Some kind of assistant comes out - a young rascal # $ dyai, holding a box with bolts in his hands, probably from all the cars that they have in the service.
I ask him: “Why did you take off the headlights, weirdo? There the bumper can be easily removed without it. "
He: "Usually on all cars, in order to remove the bumper, you must first remove the headlights ...".
Me: “then - ordinary cars, and then - Mark! ! ! "

In general, taking this opportunity, I decided to lick the engine compartment while everything is open.
I washed the plastic mudguards from the inside (I can't call it protection;))
And, I must also say that when they brought it to me on a steam locomotive or on a ferry from Japan, they just smoked it specifically. The entire bumper, hood, front fenders and even under the hood were covered with some kind of soot, which did not take car shampoo. Only an abrasive polish could be washed off.

I also washed the air filter housing directly under the running water. I have long dreamed of doing this :)
The seal on the pipe, at the junction with the filter housing, has turned into dust over time. Therefore, we cut it off with a knife
... and wrap it with double-sided tape. 1 layer - somehow dangles inside and the gaps are large. The 2nd layer is already better, but I'm still not happy with the density. 3rd layer - a bit thick in my opinion ...
15 minutes of torment and I somehow inserted this pipe into the filter housing! Uff ...
