Trunk lock electric drive - Toyota Mark II, 2.5L, 1994

Well, finally, I installed the electric trunk drive =) The Saturn activator and the relyushka, also Saturn, were bought at the car market.

To fix the electric drive, I used a complete bar and an additional bar, which I pulled out of the computer case.

I hooked the blue wire from the activator to the body, and the green wire ran under the steering column along the right threshold.
Now the most difficult thing, connecting to the alarm =). The installer of the signaling pulled out all the "unnecessary" contacts from the chip, and of course there was an additional channel wire among them. In its place, a contact from a computer power supply (24pin) ideally fits. I connected it according to the scheme from the forum. All contact numbers are subscribed to the relay, 86 and 87 contacts are connected together and fed to them 12V, 30 to the electric drive and 85 to the yellow-black signaling wire.

The relay itself was fixed with a clamp to the wires under the steering column.

Done =) It remains only to replace the complete drive rod with a cable in order to preserve the possibility of blocking the trunk opening from the passenger compartment.
Well, for complete happiness, you need to find more powerful shock absorbers that would themselves open the trunk lid

native Amorth identities hold the lid well =) you should try Amorth from Mazda6, it seems more powerful and stand up like family

try the VAZ racks from the dvenashka, there the lid is heavy, and the trunk from the button opens
to open, of course they will not open it themselves, but they can hold it

and for automatic opening, you need to muddle the nit mechanism, a compressor for example

and what kind of wires are so thick?
near which the relay is screwed ...

so I see that they don't look like wires :-)

Give the relyuhe reverse polarity so that it is pushed out and placed perpendicular to the doors. It will push in the cold and nothing will freeze for sure. And enough for the castles of China. Broke down - bought a new one and that's it, the price is a freebie.

Damn, at my door, these are not for the opening, but for the opening! I have no pens! everything works okay in maroz and in water!

but it cleared me up here if instead of this china unreliable cram (starter retractor relay) think at your leisure if you develop a good idea! the relay is reliable and very powerful!

All right. Seduced).)) I will torture too. My doors are just lying around from the 61st mark - there the drive and I will take it off. Not China anymore;)
And as for the amorts, I heard that the FeKalins fit the 90th body. So far (ugh, ugh, ugh) they keep me excellent
