Reanimated, he will live happily ever after, but he was warned only after a course of successful rehabilitation. Understood, not a fool.
And then I arrive at the appointed hour, but over time the guys almost did not calculate, did not quite have time, literally for 40 minutes, that is, everything stands still, it remains to connect the chips, a couple of tubes ... I managed to cut the red ribbon so to speak. I’m in suspense, suddenly something will be wrong.
Half an hour has passed, the liquids are filled, the key is ready! Not so fast gentlemen, the battery is discharged during the standing period and does not pull. Another 15 minutes of nervous (for me) waiting while the battery is charged from the next car.
And now, again the key to the start! Zhzhzh-zhzhzh-zzhzhRRR-RRRrrr ... Hurray hurray hurray, started up the first time! I almost cried when I heard the sound of my favorite exhaust ... The smile did not leave my face for another half an hour, exactly, while the car was idling ... Then they shut it down, cooled down for about 15 minutes, started it up again, so to speak. Another 10 minutes of work. And then the guys say, well, roll the circle carefully. He got into the car ... Satisfied ... But I was warned, do not twist more than 4 thousand! Ride, all nishtyak. Raised the hood, looked at everything clearly, nothing drips anywhere, nothing flows. Time 11 pm, went home. I drove about 5 km, some kind of shit started, I give gas, it starts twitching, as if there is not enough fuel. I call the guys this way and that, they say we'll come and see. I already have a lot of thoughts in my head ... Anyone ... But among them there were no good ones ... We arrived in general, the hood was raised and the ignition was moved a little. Let's go for a ride, yes, there is such a blunt. We stopped under the lantern, open the hood again, let's check the chips and wires ... And here it is, the chip was one dressed but not fully latched on. Because of her, the capacity was dull. Pulled out the fuse, reset the brains.
Drove, the blunt was gone. He breathed a sigh of relief. And I went home. On the highway 120-130 on the sixth at 3500 rpm. I drove immediately 140 km to the house, everything is clear and beautiful. Now the mileage after resuscitation is 300 km, the flight is normal! Happy as an elephant! The guys said you will drive it, you can argue how this motor should go, you didn’t ride it :) :). Well encouraged. We are waiting for the end of the rehabilitation-vegetable period ...
So let's sum up the material results. I will first note that everything changed in the engine, the current block and the knee with connecting rods remained native.
- Spare parts for the engine
- 35,000 (this includes not only the internals of the engine, but also the engine mountings, filters, clutch, timing kit, etc.)
- Head - 6000 (I took it in very good condition)
- Head wash - 500
- Block boring + head grinding (just in case) - 1600
- All liquids + choke cleaner - 5000
- Work in total -15000 + 500 replacement of oil seals on the box.
Total: 63.600 rubles for the engine capital.
If, of course, I did it as planned, and not after overheating and getting up, the amount would certainly be smaller. Well, nothing that everything is not done for the best!
I'm waiting for the end of the run-in and will be VALIET!
