Noise isolation. Start - Toyota Corolla, 1.6 L, 2008

Noise isolation Start - Toyota Corolla 16 L 2008

Soundproofing doors

The noise and creaks in the cabin are pretty boring to me. So I decided to start muffling the car. I started with the doors.
Material:
Vibroplast STP M2
Spleen 8 mm.
Antiskrip

Front doors: 2 layers STP M2
1 layer Splena
+ factory Shumka
Rear doors: 1 layer STP M2
1 layer Splena
+ factory Shumka

I want to note that I have not glued Shumka before! I can say that this is a troublesome business! But the experience is definitely rewarding!

Photo quality is not wow! Only the telephone was at hand.

Price tag: $ 60

Bust with layers IMHO! for the loops is not scary? COMPLETELY ENOUGH 1 layer M2!

definitely no busting!)))
Loops are normal!
The 2nd STP layer is needed in order to create a volume of dynamics in the door! This is how all car sound studios do! I checked)))

Do the arches and trunk earlier than the floor!

it is impregnated foam rubber. I have a report on the Shumka on my page. I glued them door trim. Right now I will glue the trunk, but there I will glue the second layer with spleen.

what kind of bitoplast

Better to glue bitoplast for the place of the spleen, it does not come off over time! and easier to work with!
