Exhaust System - Toyota Celica, 3.0L, 1984
I bought a jar. Small, American name. Made of stainless steel.
The seams on the jar really liked
I thought and decided that I would cook all the exhaust from stainless steel!
For the track I took a pipe of 60 mm, for pants - 40 mm
Using a grinder, and a welding machine with electrodes on stainless steel, I designed pants and a track
In the office they cut out flanges for me
And cooked

Well, that's great! I hope everything will turn out well for you and there will be no more difficult and ugly situations. And you will please us with interesting projects)
Supra finished recently-gradually spread! and so I do two jobs now! one just kicks happy, soon I'll start spreading it too!
don't forget about money))) without them even a piece of pipe with electrodes no one will give.
not yet ((but there are plans)))
Right now it's cold, I don't often start, warm up and roll back from the garage. not to shoot something yet))
I will try to repeat this business! The other day I lost the catalyst, and the flame suppressor did not have time to stick it in yet)) Sounds however.
Well, a flute so that it would not be so loud. it is removable.
6 meters of pipe cost 3tyr or so to mine.
The flute must be removed from the can, because the outlet is very small, because then there is no sense at all from the forward flow ... But in general, 5 is great!
Are stainless steel pipes expensive?
So with this then the problem is damn it, I here cooked a piece of iron with a wall of 2.5 mm and melted that one for good health, I must be familiar, apparently)) thanks again for the info!
without argon, there are special electrodes, rubles for 300 pa 15 pieces like. current is about 80A. well, look there yourself so as not to burn a thin-walled pipe
I looked and got to bortovik)))) Yes, no question. I took electrodes in Leroy Merlin, where they were sold for welding stainless steel, thin, two. well, then you cook them like ordinary ones.
Hi, great idea and implementation, can you tell me about electrodes and welding process?
