I decided to put it on my own because the hinges "bolt it" - like know the bolts =), and really nothing complicated, with the exception of some nuances.

even though the hinges were made specifically for mr2, they had to be finalized: the entire contact plane of the hinge to the door was "filled" by 2mm.
lengthening and laying the wiring is probably the most intricate in the installation of hinges. to reduce the number of wires, I refused to electrically adjust the mirrors and standard speaker wiring. i.e. only 15 wires instead of 27)))
that's how the whole thing fits. by the way, you can see the hardened additional bracket - it significantly reduces the hinge deflection in the open position

On operation: without lifting the doors open at a sufficiently large angle, you can get out without problems. They rise easily i.e. push it up, although by the end of the ascent it is better to hold it, otherwise it accelerates)))
On closing ... it is necessary to push, yes, it’s not very stressful for the edge of the pocket (but I think my wife cannot cope, because it’s nada to do it on an outstretched hand) It's not difficult to slam, but the first time you need to show how, then all the friends closed it without problems.
