4. Interior, exterior, painting - Toyota Sprinter Trueno, 1.6 L, 1998
I'll tell you about the work related to the exterior of the car:
Interior: a new steering wheel with an adapter, pads on the pedals and the gear lever Momo took in St. Petersburg AST ( www.autosporttuning.ru/index.php?id=8 ).
The driver's seat was changed to a Sparco Corsa bucket + Sabelt 4-point belts.
Exterior: with the help of a Kolbasha teammate, a DSpeed carbon fiber hood was purchased from Yakha,
and a very nicely turned up TRD bumper at a sweet price.
A replica of the TRD adjustable spoiler was also ordered from Vasily-Pro
and Uncle Tom's rear bumper covers.
Upon arrival, the necessary details were adjusted and strengthened in place.
Paint: Ever since the NFSU2 game, when I was driving a charged Honda Civic, I really liked one offered paint.
It was then decided to implement it by car. Precisely - painting, not airbrushing, Fiery hakki :). We took up painting with a friend, for which we removed the camera for a couple of days, although most of the preparation work was done in advance. As a result, the whole car was doused in 4.5 hours, the rest of the removable elements were painted on the second day.
For both, this kind of work was the first time. When registering as a traffic police, the TCP wrote: White-yellow-red-black. Next is the meticulous assembly, installation of a carbon fiber hood, and a few touches in the form of stickers.
And forward to Autoexotics - to have a rest, otherwise it is unrealistic to hesitate.
Later, the "winter" stock bumper was painted and instead of the central plastic grille - glued in the mesh.
The plans are to repaint the forging white and refine the caliper in red.
