5. Head light and other little things - Toyota Sprinter Trueno, 1.6 L, 1998
Since the Japanese light did not suit me or the traffic police, it was decided to conjure, study and cure it. First, an easy temporary revision - having disassembled the headlight, determined which sectors affect the appearance of an unnecessary checkmark,
to eliminate it, protective shutters are glued to the reflective cap
I glued the curtains into the second headlight without disassembling it, while the checkmark disappeared and the light beam became horizontal. But since this did not solve the problem, it was later decided to take a chance and order blindly Hella low beam lenses with euro light.
On installing the lenses into the standard optics, I made a separate report from depositfiles.com/files/b71jhx3o2 after installation - I set it up, I am very pleased with the result - while I myself passed the State Technical Inspection.
The air conditioning system was removed from the car with all the giblets.
Installed new windshield washer nozzles - fan-type from Volvo S80 (stood up as relatives No. S80 30655605 ) + check valve from Skoda (No. 14 50 650 ), the washer reservoir was replaced with a more compact one from the "classic".
Silicone vacuum tubes and oil temperature and pressure sensors have been purchased and are awaiting installation (thanks to Uhoplan).
Since the rear window defogger knob ordered to live a long time, a button from a Vase was mounted in its body.
The battery has been moved to the trunk behind the passenger seat.
My favorite Alpine radio has taken its place, the rear pancakes are removed - a good stereo is enough for me :)

How much did you manage to lighten the car after removing the air conditioning system?
