despair ... - Toyota Celica, 2.0 L, 1999

despair - Toyota Celica 20 L 1999

I am driving home in the evening, music is playing in the car, the mood is good, and it’s nice to know that you’re driving such a car. And that she wanted to give me the gas, to feel this pleasant whistle of the turbine and the pressure in the seats. I press on the gas and kick, the Turbo pressure sensor jumps to 1 kg and then drops to 0.8, 0.7, and so on in any gear! Well, I'm used to the fact that I have 1 kg, 0.9. well, not like 07, 08. Well, I think maybe I started wrong, I try again and the same story! And so at once, it happened that the pressure did not rise above 0.7 at all. In short, I was upset, desperate, I went home, all upset and in thought that my turbine was closing! The next day I disassemble everything, I look at the Turbo, well, everything seems to be normal, there is no oil, everything is excellent! I examine everything, everything is fine everywhere, everything is in place! I put everything back on the track and again the same thing. I'm in despair and frustration, I write to the guys on the GT-FOUR .RU website, describe my symptoms, do everything as they write, check everything, everything is normal, everything works, but when I press on the gas, there is a loss of pressure. I thought, thought, and decided to go to Krasnoyarsk to the people who staged and tuned all this for me. On the way to Krasnoyarsk, I was completely upset, the car did not raise the crush more than 0.6 and did not go to boost, drove sluggishly, accelerated in the same way, I arrived all upset, with the worst thoughts that Turba was completely dead! But after a test run, the diagnosis was immediately made! I had the front of the cooler from under the clamps, pressure was escaping from all the loops до) Although before that I tightened them. The clamps turned out to be worthless! new clamps were bought, better than the old ones, I gave 150 rubles for one clamp, bought 6 of them. came to his place, took it all apart himself, pulled, put new clamps! left., gas to the floor, here it is my 1 kg, 0.9 and there is no pressure loss. Such a trifle, but the drain of the nerve and worries went away from me В) In such an experience, so people, if something happens to your car, and you yourself do not understand what the matter is, do not worry in advance, but just find a good specialist all of a sudden not as scary as it seems at first glance. :)

"... don't worry in advance, just find a good specialist ..."
) this has always been the main problem - good hands are always in price and in short supply. well that ended well)

you're right, finding an intelligent and honest person is also difficult. it is common in all autorems to cheat and come up with the reasons for the breakdown, which you do not have, in order to rip off more money from you.

0.4 atmosphere was gone! Th was not even audible as a siphonite from under the clamps?

I once at a speed of about 200 the branch pipe from the turbine flew off, it was in the soot))))) I had to crawl into the garage to go, it turned out the clamp fell off! Foru offset there are few of them, they are already more expensive than eviks)))
