Installation of PTF Hella Micro DE - Toyota Carina E, 2.0 l., 1992

I decided to improve the light. Although my xenon 5000K shone through the lens, but there is not much light :)
Therefore, it was decided to install Hela Micro De + xenon 5000K tumanki in them ...
I got together with my best friend GAR-BMW and raced :)

1. alteration of tumanok (unfortunately there is no photo)
1. remove the standard lamp clip H3
2. bend outward the hook on which the standard clip clings
3. insert the xenon lamp
4. with a plastic tie we make an ellipso-like mount on top of the lamp on the holder and the bent hook of the standard clip ... The lamp is on perfectly well.
5. Cut a 22mm hole in the rubber cap and insert the xenon rubber plug.

Removing the bumper 1. remove the turn signals (do not touch the headlights)
2. removes the radiator grill
3. unscrew the 4 bolts and the clip on top (in place of the grille)
4. remove the clips under the turn signals
5. unscrew the protection from the bumper (bottom and arches)
6. unscrew 3-4 bolts from the bottom.
7. carefully remove the bumper together with two people
---- note --- a screwdriver with a 10mm head is very convenient

3. Fastening tumanok
1. the most (as for me) the best option is to attach them to the side of the spar.
2. we take 2 corners - I bought corners made of 2mm hardened steel in a system store :). At least hang yourself on them.
3. tried on everything. and with 2 M6 bolts with washers and grovers, I screwed the corners to the spar.
4. hung tumanki on the corners and fixed it with a native M8 bolt.

4. Connecting
1. minus from the ignition blocks threw on the body.
2. pluses went to the relay (included)
3. plus with the battery went to the relay. I put it through a wire (mercilessly cut from a bi-xenon wiring lying around) with a 25A fuse.
4. signal from dimensions one went to the relay, and one to the button
5. relay wire - button
6. the relay was fixed near the battery. I made heat shrink tubes on all contacts - it turned out neatly and insulated.
7. the track on the button stretched in the wing. removed the arch protection, brought it into the wing on the side of the battery, and pulled it out from the side of the clutch pedal.

What should have:
1. 13-key
2. Key 8
3. Two keys 10 + screwdriver head 10
4. 4 bolts M6, M6 nut 4, 8 washers M6, M6 Grover 4
5. otverka flat cross and
six drill + drills for 6, 8, 12 (for the button)
7. heat shrink tube 1m.
8. plastic twists for fixing blocks and wiring
9. wire is included. 5m is exactly enough.

I am happy with the result as an elephant. Budget 135 USD
