Material - mesh - bought for 400r, in my opinion, in the construction market.
The rest: scissors for metal, wire, lighter and scrap materials were in the country.
He heated the tip of the dart with a lighter, made a hole in the bumper in the planned place (burned it) and thus got a hole for fasteners (wire) that holds the mesh around the perimeter of the bumper.
Correspondingly, you bend the mesh by hand to the shape (from the inside) of the bumper.
It is done simply, BUT competently! =)
