It was in the evening, there was nothing to do ... - Toyota Corolla Levin, 1.6 liter, 1991

so I disassembled the taillight to wash it. And then the new right one shines much brighter than the old left one ... I
took it apart in hot water. The "death to hands" method. I will never do this again ...
Difficulties: 1. The flashlight is not intended for disassembly at all!
2. the glass is glued to such a nasty glue, with which something can be done while it is still quite hot, otherwise the pitchfork ...
3. the lamp is very long, while you peel off one part, the other strives to stick back))
4. the most piquant place is the outer the vertical part (the one on the side when the lamp is on the car). Not only is the glass as thin as possible, it is inserted deeply into the grooves, but also a hairpin lurking in the middle, which I did not notice, and therefore broke off a piece of glass.
In general, it, of course, was worth it - a lot of dirt was extracted, you cannot achieve such an effect by simply rinsing. But, in reality, this can be done only if there is absolutely nothing to do!

Here is the result.
People, don't ever do this!
In fact, there are no small doubts whether silicone will hold glass as well as native Japanese glue. In general, I still have running trials, then I'll write what's what.

And I had no such blessing of civilization at hand, alas, ... I had to.

I took it apart with a hair dryer! It turned out quickly and very well!
