NOISE DOORS
He took off the door trim
Degreased the surface (Antisil) and glued the entire inner side with Vibroplast M2
Cut out from 12mm phoners spacers for foreign ministries
Installed the speaker and sealed all technological holes with Vibroplast M2 STP
At first I glued Splen STP 4mm on top, but I was not happy with my work, tk. when listening to music with good bass, the rods of the locks rattled a little, and the spleen creaked slightly. It was decided to redo the whole thing!
The end result of the door noise.
I increased the spacers of the speakers with rings of 6mm phoners, made noise all that could rattle with Bitoplast, and barely tore off the spleen, squeaky and useless for doors.
PS spleen does not stick like that at all, this is an erroneous opinion of those who glue it in a large piece on the door, splenna does not fit tightly in all places and bubbles form where condensation accumulates! Therefore, it is better to glue it in places such as: floor, arches, trunk, ceiling.
Now the doors close perfectly and the music plays on 5+
TRUNK NOISE
I rolled up a niche for a spare wheel with Vibroplast M2 STP, arches with Bimat Bomb and over Splenom STP 4mm
an extremely clear and well-presented process of work ... thanks for taking the trouble ... for a note;)
The article is excellent, but I haven't written how much material I need to buy. I'm going to make some noise. You really need to know how much you need to buy. Please fill in if not difficult. In total, there is a stocato splenus stokato bitoplast stocato bimast bomb, from all this there will be a drain on the door and so much on the trunk with a rear shelf… I would be very grateful. and by the way how much time to count on this whole thing ... I know that you definitely need to work with gloves. and by the way, you definitely need a stitching roller or not, can you do it? Thanks in advance.
Yeah, I've also been thinking about the spare wheel for a long time, somehow I won't take it ...
Thanks for the report. Competently laid everything. Flip the spare, and you will have one more happiness - an additional glove compartment. only the screw bolt will have to be slightly cut ... I will do everything too :)
Excellent report! You just pasted over the doors with a vibro and that's it? As I understand it, I took off splenosis ... changed it to Bitoplast?
How did you remove the door trim? Why did you cut out the lining for the speakers?
