Adapter for 4a-gze ECU - Toyota Sprinter Trueno, 1.6 L, 1985
A small note, now I have in my hands almost all the software for starting the motor on a 4a-gze brain, I would like to separately thank Android for the provided 4a-gze distributor,
so in
order for the motor to start, we need to put a few wires into the 4age braid, comparing the circuits and pinouts on the circuit processors are here club4ag.com/technical_content.htm
we will find that there is a lack of wires
1 of the knock sensor KNK
2 signal IGD to the switch to turn on the 2nd pair of coils
3 second camshaft sensor G2
4 lambda heating HT
now the most important thing is the processor plugs do not match 4age16 has a dimension of 10-18-14
for 4a-gze 22-16-26, the plugs are similar to what they put on 7a, 3s, 4age20, etc.
Next, we take the ownerless 4age16 brain and solder the mating connector from it
and then we take a soldering iron heat shrinkage and solder the plugs purchased in advance to the connector, it is worth noting that the plugs purchased from disassembly may not contain the pins with wires we need, so we carefully pull out the unused pins and rearrange them into the necessary sockets, by the way, the design on these plugs provides for additional fixation pin with a clamping block, it will need to be raised using a needle, and then we take a soldering iron and, referring to the diagrams, we solder
one more thing, since there are more wires involved in the 4agze plugs, then we solder them to the free, unused legs of the 4age processor connector, you will need to remember when laying new wires in the braid to plug them into these empty sockets
Well moloriki! Not everyone is friends with an electrician ... For me, a dark forest :(
ahem,
well, look at the 20kl in the distributor there is still a position sensor PB, aka position KV
Here I am interested in the possibility of splicing a 101 or 92 map GZE of the brain with a black, but the GZE has a position sensor of the RV, where is it, what signals it gives, will the brain of the GZE sensor from 20 cells understand?
Ilic hello, brain 101, I didn't quite understand about the sensors, on gze they sit in their distributor, nothing is built into the switch, it just spreads a spark over the pairs of coils and returns the signal back to the brain signaling that the flash was successful
And what is the brain from what? 101 or 92?
a question in the subject, will the brain of the GZE understand the position sensor of the HF and RV, built into the switch?
well, this is on all A motors in the distributor or distributor 1 crankshaft sensor and 1-2 camshaft sensors, you need to see the number of teeth in the distributor itself if both stars match, then I think there will be no problems
and I have an immodest question. for me, an electrician is also a forest.
what will such a replacement give?
