In the tank there are remnants of the 96th korosh, a full tank of which I filled when setting up the car for revision. The injectors are still at 285cc from the Starlet, they were "in stock".

Everything is unusual. Stiff, gripping, ceramic clutch, new and not yet lapped. An unusual box with the main pair 3.7, on which it is difficult to smoothly move on ceramics, but you cannot pull it sharply - running in. Terribly stiff suspension, proved to be disastrous on a broken "garage" primer. Heavy rollers R16 wheels on wide rubber for Sera. Big "butt" - convergence not done yet. We get out onto the asphalt and slowly drive to a straight, wide and "relatively flat" street named after Comrade Frunze after winter. Little by little - it's about speed, but we make the sound - wow! The sound is angry and loud.

Riding back and forth, kneading oils, ball and CV joints, warming up the drive to a working condition - we start a couple of times in the "half strength" heroic. I am a little dull at the start, because of the unusually "high" first and feeling sorry for the engine, and then ... MOMMIES only "remembering handles" do a click-click-click on the gears. Mlyayaya! Well, you can't do it without preparation! Andrey "senior" says - do not twist it like that, running in! And what can I do, I’m not ready for this yet, I don’t even look at the instruments, I can’t divert attention to them, I would have to keep track of the furiously rushing and accelerating road.

Having driven back and forth across flat sections, Andrei gives the go-ahead to start "at full strength", but only a couple of times. Too much for "running in" There is no Boost controller, i.e. this pressure is "kept" by the standard turbine actuator, i.e. I already have it, so to speak, "boost-apny". On those same Starlets, it works at 0.3 bar, on other "stock" cars about 0.5-0.6. Here, of course, there is also the influence of pure direct flow and a good, wide collector. We are heading back, Andrey gives the go-ahead for the last "spurt". At the start, on the second, the thrust drops sharply, the boost pressure is zero. I brake, open the hood - the throttle corrugation flew off the "kultyga", the usual clamps did not hold it. We bait it back and roll into the garage.

According to the results of the test drive
1. It is necessary to increase the injectors, Starletovskie no longer cope with high pressure, detonation is heard right before switching.
2. All aluminum air tubes are "notched" to prevent breakage. The clamps are pulled, in a responsible place - in front of the throttle, are replaced with reinforced T-bolts.
3. To prevent detonation, the ignition is shifted later, or rather the "norm" returns, because it was established, through an oversight, a little earlier.
4. The machine remains for a couple of days for final assembly and inspection.

Over the weekend, I sharply review the available information on injectors. Previously purchased injectors from 4A-GZE for 380cc were not installed, because they are "low impedance". The block of resistances to them (from Honda, for example), I was not worthy to buy and they are still out of work. Andrey advises to find forces from 3S-GE, which he drives. And best of all from the fourth, most powerful, generation. This was a mistake, as it turned out later, the largest injectors, such as those on Tsinos himself, were on the third generation 3S-GE (380cc). In the meantime, I find information on forces from the fourth generation, they are at 315cc. BUT! Injectors of the most powerful 3S-GE BlackTop from Altezza - at 340cc (or 380cc at 3 bar). I also aimed at them.

And where to look for nozzles from Altezza? I find a thematic forum on Altezzam, register on it, and during the day I find forces in Novosibirsk, washed and "spilled". The owner asks for 5 rubles, impudently bargain up to 3500, and literally an hour later I arrive with the money. We talked with the man, the forces were released as a result of the ongoing turbocharging of his "namesake", hehe, there is something to talk about. The day before, I take the previously ordered Iridium candles to Exist, under the turbo starlet, and hand over all this "wealth" to the GT garage.

Click-click-click ... playfully, very playfully. But the traffic is not so dense, the road is smooth, and I already begin to feel the car and even look at the instruments. Boost more than 0.85 does not rise, good.

We turn to the next circle, and then ... Andrey "senior" once again demands - start normally, in full growth, what are you dumb, start in combat. We approach a bumpy intersection after winter, in front of the flat Ippodromskaya ... One-two-three - green, start! A strong jerk, the grip of the rubber is excellent, a boost comes on the first one and… the engine roared, the thrust disappears… We roll forward, pressing ourselves to the side of the road, the measured tapping from below - and it is - cut off the "self-made" right drive. It is thinner, "Starlet" model, and not "Tercelovsky", like the left. In addition, the ends of the drive, in the area of ​​the splines, are hardened, and this part was cut off, and the tripoid was welded onto the non-hardened part.

The car, in principle, in view of the presence of LSD, you can go a little forward on a flat road, but of course, getting on one drive through half the city to the garage is a terrible barbarism. We climbed everything, in this place there is nowhere to take oil! There's nothing nearby! And nothing can "finish", it seems ... The oil is identified as a motor oil, we are looking further. I notice that a couple of drops of oil have fallen from the oil cooler, feel it, no, it flows down its sidewall, go ahead - the air FILTER above it is in oil, at least squeeze it out. In a good Kastrolovskiy 5-50 Conclusion - breather. At idle, it practically does not breathe, we immediately checked the crankcase gases. Working version - increased pressure of crankcase gases, and the breakthrough of the oil suspension through the oil seals of the candle wells! We remove the explosive wires - it is, there is oil under them.

Because at idle in the ventilation tube "normal breather", clogging of the ventilation system disappears. Working hypothesis - PIPE TO PISTONS. We cling to the "tie", we go to the garage, tk. there is no breakthrough at idle - I do not cut out the engine (I need a vacuum, light and hydrach). Sulfur itself, on one drive, turns around in the "yard" and crawls back into the "mink". The next day, an autopsy and confirmation of the diagnosis - a full paragraph of the partitions, although this time we did not notice detonation.
