For some shitty starter, which did not even bother to wipe it to give it a presentation, they asked for 2500, not the fact that it takes a long time. In general, having removed the box, such a picture appeared, part of the flywheel teeth were ground off! how did it happen, because, in theory, they should be hot. There already the clutch fit, I decided to immediately replace 1600r. Valeo. I went through the starter, replaced the bearing, approached the German one for 150 rubles, checked the bendix, the retractor, everything seems to be fine. Didn't know what to do with the flywheel, it was expensive to buy. We decided to turn the flywheel wreath on the contrary and sharpen the teeth as needed, since they were sharpened only on one side. For removal, brute male force was used, and for landing, the laws of physics, the flywheel was in the freezer for 2 hours, and the crown was heated with a burner, then the main thing was to get in and sit down like clockwork, though it did not work out the first time. The basket is still normal, I haven't changed it. But with the release bearing, I got lost, regretted the money for a new one, it seemed like it was normal, and I decided to rinse it with gasoline and lubricate it, something like a new one, only then I read in the book that it is a closed type, and it is strictly forbidden to wash it, t because the grease is washed out, and it is unrealistic to push a new one into it. Now he threatens to remove the box a second time. Also thanks for the help with the removal and installation of the maX09 gearbox.
I cleaned the box thoroughly, changed the oil just in case.
