Installed a new turbine ... - Toyota Celica, 2.0 L, 1995

Installed a new turbine - Toyota Celica 20 L 1995

... and a bunch of little things were redone ...

I will soon transfer the air to the place of the battery ... For it must be in the trunk, but while there is no corresponding fuse, I had to leave it in place. Filter, stsuko, huge: 23 cm long ... =)

Under the hood, in principle, the amount of rework is visible. The entrance to the cooler is overcooked. The oil drain pipe has been digested, the standard attachment to the block has been left. Redesigned fittings on the oil supply tube so that they are not directed perpendicularly, but parallel to the planes of the block and cartridge.
To attach it to the block, the native fitting was cut from the drain tube, a thread was cut in it and an adapter was screwed in. Thus, the oil supply is attached to the block with its own bolt. The bolt for the cartridge is made by ourselves.

The length of the water supply / drain hoses is 50cm / 80cm, respectively. The oil supply tube is long, but has not yet shortened it. It is one meter long, but 70cm is enough.

The actuator on the TKR is deployed, its stem is lengthened, its fastening has been redone. Redesigned (cut off) TKR casing.

Tubes for "oil washer" tractor =), oil-resistant… 200 rubles for everything. =) For ketch 18mm, for starting from ketch 14mm. (inner diameter)

Installed RTD. I wrote about the nuances of making an adapter to it here: www.gt-four.ru/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=4941 The
adapter fits perfectly into the rail! The stock RTD turned out to be a half-corpse: it passed the benz into the inlet, through the vacuum pipe.
The hose for the supply to the RTD comes from the adapter, the discharge hose is redesigned from the stock one and is attached to the drain as standard ... =) The pressure on the RTD is taken from the branch pipe of the XX increase valve when the kondeya is turned on.

Conde removed completely. An important nuance: after removing the kondeya, both fans on the radiator began to turn on when the ignition was on. The reason turned out to be in the removed sensor of the air conditioning system (the one at the engine shield, on the tube with freon). Put it on a chip - the problem disappeared. It will be necessary to pick up the resistance and put it instead of the sensor. In general, there is an idea to use this "bug" to force the cooling fans on to a separate toggle switch ... ;-)

[b] The 1025mm belt from version 205 did not fit without kondeya [/ b]: it stands on them on the other side of the tension roller, and the roller itself is different, with slots for the belt grooves.

Forces were washed and spilled again, washed with BDZ, KXH, oil recirculator, working central heating system. Replaced antifreeze and thermostat. A lot of little things have been redone to the heap ...

Congratulations on the new items, or rather on the installation - how is the drive test?

The filter is temporary. I wrote that I would move it to the place of the battery. I already took the 50mm cable. You need a 300 amp fuse or an automatic. Not yet.

Rides - I like it. Pickup from 4000 starts and then knocks down like scalded. Today 1.4 blew on 4th gear outright - akuet!

On the 2nd, 1.08 inflates to 7000.
