I collect my drygatel, and I’m slowly faced with all sorts of hemorrhoids!
let's start with the cylinder head

Crooked hands tore off the threads in a couple of places ... had to be cut and cut. screwed in the pins

The Bosko principle is ready, somewhere the photos are lost later I'll post it)

Next, I present to your attention a twis! as akazalosya actuator roofing felts only wedged, in general, the curtains did not work properly. as a result, incorrect intake geometry at high speeds --- stupid (

followed in the footsteps of everyone and just simply removed the curtains and welded the holes from the guide)

I'm done with my head,
I'm going to the block) here are all my boxes with spare parts ... it seemed to me that the engine was smaller)

I threw it over to the piston ...
old pistons

Overhaul pikhla myth or reality PART 2 - Toyota Celica 20 L 1991

here are new ones, from 3gen motor)

In the course of assembling the motor, I will post photos here and keep a report) the whole jamb is that I can only work on the car for an hour and a half a day (((and even then not always)

on quiet evenings of the outgoing winter, I collect a block from a heap of spare parts =) the
book helps me a lot in this jewelry work =)

note to everyone! Collecting in one cap is difficult, it is better to get a friend who has two hands. it seems like nothing else is needed =)

sorry for the quality of photos, from the phone, and even with poor lighting (

Hastened a little and shoved the piston without weighing. I had to disassemble again ... Thanks to the attentive uncles =)
assembled with covers, connecting rods, nuts
1- 1.354
2- 1.356
3- 1.358
4- 1.352
just a photo on the scales =)

Overhaul pikhla myth or reality PART 2 - Toyota Celica 20 L 1991
shoot 6 grams of tacto dofig. if we take into account that the nut weighs 8 grams =)
but nothing, I screwed up and now the whole group is 1.352 ...
I think vibrations are excluded
If everything
works out, then we can safely take needles =) I collect a little patio =)

of course) thanks =)

VITOS84 18.12.20

Well done, keep it up, the best for dvigla current ...

G
GoGa59 18.12.20

of course the original))) I do not recognize a friend simply =)

V
VITOS84 18.12.20

Is it a good start to rebuild the internal combustion engine, is it original or dubbing?
When I capitalized myself, I only set the original, but now I've already run 175 sput, and everything is normal ...

GoGa59 18.12.20

aaaa))

afog 18.12.20

one to his, the second to a friend)

G
GoGa59 18.12.20

twice? for what period?

a
afog 18.12.20

Eh ... well done)
I myself have already gone through this twice)

I'll think about the weight distribution. although the connecting rods are old, only the powder is new. nada think
head and twis smooth
guides are excellent
saddles, ideally) I will take the
valve out of town. only there I can entrust this work to the
block naturally with pistons to sharpen) how else?
photo from the phone and it is apparently difficult to see on it) I did not pour out a monster on a dry one)

I did not understand what it means "do not forget to run at least 50 km in cold weather"
I do not have a minder, I am my own minder. decided to try
for advice and questions thanks) they are needed)

lipisin 18.12.20

it's you of course in vain (with weight distribution) YET IT'S NOT LATE!
Well, the mileage of the dvigla will directly depend on honing. Do not forget to measure your head for flatness. twis by the way, too, after brewing could take away.
How are valve guides?
are the saddles alive? swept through.
valve clearances how to remove are you going to have
adjusting washers where to choose?
Did you drive a block with pistons to a sprout?
if yes, then there is no ice stepped on these rakes,
sometimes they like to bump on the piston = ((instead of what would be deduced as expected,
measured the block after boring for ellipse and taper?
and judging by the photo, you collect everything dry, it's in vain.

do not forget to run at least a km in cold weather. 50-t

Sorry got it probably with his questions and advice.

just hooked with weight distribution ... Your minder does not inspire confidence IMHO

G
GoGa59 18.12.20

nope) did not weigh anything) as the piston came, I immediately gave the block to the boring =) and there it is too late)

S
Strik 18.12.20

I'm already 3, I can feel the 4th just around the corner))
Krosaucheg, kule)) Weighed the pistons
/ connecting rods?

G
GoGa59 18.12.20

yeah, that's all)

Here's a tolmud piggy bank to help you
py.sy. I think I'll figure it out with the translation

G
GoGa59 18.12.20

yes, I already decided that I’ll go to pick out the piston) oil and I’m mom don’t cry)
head is even)

S
Strik 18.12.20

Uncle, take out the piston and give it to the weight distribution, it's not a basin, especially if you're going to blow. Give Bosko to lapping.
I hope you really did not assemble the motor on a dry, liners / necks should be all in oil between themselves. The motor will run on this oil for the first minutes when starting, without it it can bully everything.
;)

PS you hope after boring the block karcher popidil? ))
not ssy, I assembled a skaevsky motor 2dy in a week, so to speak, work on mistakes)

G
GoGa59 18.12.20

How does the process go? why and how?

S
Strik 18.12.20

And hang the pistons and connecting rods

S
Strik 18.12.20

On scales that are good and accurate to the gram, display up to one weight separately

G
GoGa59 18.12.20

we have scales) we will hang)))

G
GoGa59 18.12.20

what from RS? the number of brains is nada)

s
somebody 18.12.20

hmm ... which version is it from? not PC by accident? if you can, write the number of brains, I wonder) is the same or not)
