Internal combustion engine belts - Toyota Soarer, 2.0L, 1985

there is only one belt on the car now - on the generator and that V-belt is put inside out.
there was never a belt on the gidrach according to the previous owner.
I also bought oil - so far mineral water.
oil-gasoline mixture in the crankcase is now double level. Apparently they started on a dead battery in frost - they
poured gasoline.
