Repair of Webasto - Toyota Avensis, 2.0 L, 2001

When the webasto did not start on a cold car in rather warm weather (-17 C) on the next day in a row, patience ran out. The car was sent to a service specializing in these heaters, in fact, there I put it 3.5 winters ago.

Breakdown symptoms: on a cold (in the morning), even at -12, the Webasto arranged a run-up, tried to start and shut down. After starting the engine and running for 10 minutes, it was possible to start the webasto, but somehow it did not work at full strength: there was no characteristic howling and the exhaust was almost without steam.

After diagnosis, the heater fuel pump ( 9012868C ) was sentenced .

Today I took the car, it works like new, everything is ok. It starts up and heats up one, two.

Paid 9,000 rubles. for all. (2500 work and 6500 pump).
