Continuing to build - Toyota Supra, 3.2 L, 1993
Over the past winter, a number of changes were made both in the technical and in the appearance of the car.
Having played enough with the stock engine and so as not to tempt fate further with burnt pistons, I decided to thoroughly modify the engine. A 3.2-liter JUN stroker kit was purchased, 272 intake and exhaust shafts as well as JUN, dual valve springs and ferrera valves, HKS split gears, the engine was bored for 87 mm pistons. Introduced a Cusco 1.5 way blocking into the gearbox, increased the rear rubber to a width of 305 (maybe even this one won't grind up to 3 :-)), put in more rigid Zeal struts. Since the power will increase, the clutch has also changed to a tougher one - HKS three-disc ceramics
The car is now completely repainted in a different color and is slowly being assembled to leave in April I
post a few working photos
Wheelbarrow class! But the 2JZ is just right here, and although the 2UZ is a good engine, it does not spin at the upper revs. That is not why it was created. And JZ turns perfectly up to 9000!
I want to go further and get a good moment at the bottom, and this is only the volume, so I bought a 2UZ cast-iron block and no less reliable than 2jz
there were thoughts and color to make and put the motor, as in the top secret, but did not become a plagiarist :-) and I bought a v8 motor for her, but this is for the next project
Very Beautiful and wicked supra! somewhere I saw her, in my opinion in the magazine "Tuning Expert" ... a very serious project! How she knocks, I can't imagine ...
TOP Secret is a plague, not worse, but somewhere better than VeilSide on the ryks!
