The belt is a nonsense, but the socket for the key. Here is an ass.

You change the pulley, but I don't even know what to do with the shaft ... how could this happen at all? Apparently someone climbed into the engine before and did not tighten ... bastards.

There is a plan-Shkv agreed with the turner for landing on a cone. (I think it will even tighten up better) And a key (nothing remains, for welding into the shaft. Grind, and forth.)
