Painting discs, bush! - Toyota Altezza, 2.0L, 2002
The topic is already old, I decided to paint over the stock wheels with a black mat for the summer! I took a direct part because I was curious how this action actually takes place!
1.Discs are pre-prepared for painting!
2. Placed in a container and apply powder paint with a gun! It is applied on the disc evenly as there is an electrical trick!
3. Next, place the disc in a special oven, and bake for about 30-40 minutes on average (but there are parameters and requirements)
4. Remove the disc, and it turns out matte because the paint is matte!
5. The disc cools down, touching it, I understand that it turned out very impractical since the surface is very rough! Accordingly MAX dust, dirt ITP.
6. It was decided to apply varnish in order to smooth the surface!
7. It turned out pure gloss! So he left it!
Disks were painted for the first time, a lot of nuances and troubles!
tip: trust your discs to professionals!

If you want to call, I'll tell you more ...
Yes, on a blue background, white oh ... they will look ...))))) And if only not stock, then vasheeeee ...
I washed off the soldering of the fastening of the inscription. I removed and painted the letters with a thin brush from putty. I treated the caps with acetone, and painted them with acrylic paint 2 times. Everything dries up, and the nameplate is in place, you solder the ears with a soldering iron, or any cracked object! 2 seasons of shedding nothing fell off ...
