A few photos and videos of winter upgrades - Toyota Caldina, 1.8 L, 2000
In the first picture, the installation with the multitronics RIF-500 on-board computer
As you can see, it is installed in a standard hole from the Japanese navigation, which was not in my configuration, so it fit perfectly, everything is perfectly readable, when you turn on the display light is noticeably dimmed. Well, it speaks, such as "attention ice" or engine temperature of 70 degrees. Much more. A useful thing.
How it works and says:
On the second, built-in heated seats (8 heating levels)
More about heating:
In our winter -30 or even -40 the interior freezes completely and getting into the car in the morning is unpleasant and unhealthy. I have solved this annoying problem. Having estimated that fur traps are not mine at all (I do not like such a collective farm, no offense to their users) and they often steal. Began to consider all sorts of heaters there. But again, the cigarette lighter is busy, respectively the collective farm), the view of the cabin is disturbed, and for me it is not safe to use them, it will close the khan to everything.
As a result, I found a wonderful EMELYA UK-2 heater built into the seats. I bought it for 2800 rupees, and gave it to the installation (work 1700 rupees). As a result, we have an externally untouched interior with adjustable heating. Switches for 8 heating levels were installed under the glove compartment, which is very convenient. Heats up from zero to "hot" for 4 minutes (just while you shake off the snow). Now * oops warm, my wife and I are happy))) Price tag: 11,000 ₽ Mileage: 79,994 km
