The old pump ran through the top hole. Inconvenience for changing - I had to remove the timing belt, the belt protection cover covers the pump mount. I had to dismantle it. It's good that I noticed the leak right away. The consequences could be very serious.

Yes, it's good that on time. But in winter it's not so scary - I would have noticed it anyway: the stove would stop heating, I would start looking for the reason.
